With an aim to encourage interaction of ideas between members and
the inspiration of visiting Potters and Sculptors.
A well established group started in the late 1960's whose membership is drawn from around the Cotswolds. The group includes a rich cross section of craftsmen, designers and artists who value the traditions and skills of the past and wish to embrace contemporary techniques and ideas.
For those interested in pottery, whether as a collector of pots, a professional potter, a student or just interested in studio pottery. The Guild holds regular evening meetings at which well known potters are invited to talk and demonstrate their skills. Further information is available on the website.
London Potters is a voluntary organisation formed in 1986 to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences of all those involved with or interested in ceramics. It is the only London-based society offering membership to both professional and non-professional ceramicists
Established in 1984, the Makers Guild in Wales was formed to bring together and promote the best of Welsh talent. The Guild stages national and international exhibitions together with running educational programmes
Northamptonshire Guild of Designer Craftsmen has been in existence since 1990, with a membership of around 30 craftsmen and women, making high quality products in wood, metal, plastics, glass, clay and textiles.
The NPA was formed in 1977 with the aim of
encouraging and supporting studio pottery and potters throughout the
north of England. Over thirty years on we're still here, stronger than
ever, and encompassing ceramics in all its forms - sculptural,
functional, fine art, decorative - limited only by the imagination of
the artist. Membership
is open to anyone and everyone with an interest in ceramics - makers,
gallery owners, collectors - anyone who has a passion for clay in its
many forms. We currently have about 340 members
The objective of the Oxford Ceramics Group is to encourage the study and appreciation of the development of European pottery and porcelain up to the present day. We aim to provide a forum for collectors, students and enthusiasts to obtain and exchange information.

open to any individual or organisation

that any professional or amateur maker,

Surrey Guild of Craftsmen members are selected professional craftsmen and designer makers of contemporary and traditional applied arts. Their work is distinguished by fine craftsmanship and innovative design.
The Sussex Guild is a group of professional designers and makers of fine contemporary and traditional craftwork, whose members live and work in Sussex and the adjoining counties of Kent, Surrey and Hampshire. The members have been selected for their high degree of skill and creativity
