Regular Pottery Courses by Suleyman Saba - 29th January to 31st December, 2018
Students will learn about preparing clay and different techniques of ceramics from pinch pots and coiled pottery, to slab building and throwing. Students are also guided on aspects of decoration and glazing.

Studio Pottery Making techniques: A terms course covers a project in each - pinching, coiling, slab building and throwing.

New Pottery Course: Suzi Refold: 4th November – 25th November 2017


Suzi Reffold is an experienced potter who specialises in hand-building techniques, throwing on the wheel, and beautiful decorative techniques.

A new course for Studio Eleven is “Making and Scraffitto”.  During the four week course, you will develop hand – building techniques and beautiful decorative affects using scraffitto and slip decoration.

Saturday mornings at the Studio Eleven workshop 10.30am – 12.30pm.

4th November – 25th November 2017

Suitable for beginners and intermediary.

The course is £120 per person, this price includes materials and firing.

Eleven Gallery is currently exhibiting the 2017 International Printmaking Biennial

The exhibition is happening across three galleries in Hull and region and continues until 29th October 2017.

Follow the show at the KAG gallery a few doors down from Studio Eleven on Humber St. Hull and at the Ropewalk Gallery in Barton on Humber. The exhibition builds upon the successful pilot show of 2015.
