Fran Tristram offers a range of Weekly and One Day Weekend Classes throughout the year – see below for more details

Fran says “Hi Everyone, We are excited to announce the dates for our 2019 RAKU Pottery One-day workshops - you will find more information by clicking through the web links below.”

POTTERY CLASSES

For PRICES, DATES and DETAILS of our current programmes please click on either of the following links:  WEEKLY CLASSES and ONE DAY WEEKEND CLASSES.

We also provide tailor made group and individual art workshops for a wide variety of events and client groups.

Read on for more general information about our classes:

Fran Tristram offers regular weekly and tailor-made one-to-one or group pottery classes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in our own Seymour Road Studios set in our lovely garden in Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham.  Keep an eye out too for our occasional One Day Weekend Classes too!

Workshops are focused on building skills and confidence and are structured around the introductory and intermediate level.  Our small class sizes (max 8 per group) are ideal, allowing us to bring the personal touch so that we can support individual development to a more advanced level as participants progress and pursue their own ideas.

Please note that throwing on the wheel is not taught in our regular group classes.  Please book privately with Fran to arrange a tailor-made session if wheel throwing is your preferred technique.
