Students will learn about preparing clay and different techniques of ceramics from pinch pots and coiled pottery, to slab building and throwing. Students are also guided on aspects of decoration and glazing.

Residential weekly pottery courses in the Dordogne, France. - Improve your skills and knowledge in a creative environment…..

Two students per week. Throwing, decorating, glazing and firing with stoneware and porcelain at 17th century mill set in tranquil countryside. Full board and lodge in beautiful en-suite accommodation, as well as airport transfer to Bergerac.

In July and Aug our beautiful student accommodation is available as a holiday let for up to 4 people, with access to the workshop on an hourly or daily basis from 9.30am–9.30pm dailyand is untutored. Material and firing costs are separate.
