Regular Pottery Courses by Suleyman Saba - 29th January to 31st December, 2018
Students will learn about preparing clay and different techniques of ceramics from pinch pots and coiled pottery, to slab building and throwing. Students are also guided on aspects of decoration and glazing.

Studio Pottery Making techniques: A terms course covers a project in each - pinching, coiling, slab building and throwing.

Weekend Clay Sculpting Workshops with Julian Jardine – June to October 2019

Whether it is an escape from the norm or a chance to explore untapped creativity, the workshop offers a chance for both.

Clay Sculpting Weekend. 29th-30th June 2019

It is ideal for either beginners or people with more experience. Bring along an idea of what you would like to make and Julian will help you bring it to life over the course of the weekend. Starting with simple techniques we will develope your idea, working on form, pose and texture. The finished sculptures are left at the workshop to dry for a couple of weeks and then fired. They can then be collected.

This weekend run from 10am – 4pm both days and the cost covers materials, firing and abuffet lunch both days. Please let us know when you book if you have any special requirements for your lunch.

Maximum of 10 people

Course costs £120
