Students will learn about preparing clay and different techniques of ceramics from pinch pots and coiled pottery, to slab building and throwing. Students are also guided on aspects of decoration and glazing.

Walter Keeler at the Contemporary Ceramics Centre 7-30 May 2015


As a part of London Craft Week and Collect 2015 the Contemporary Ceramics Centre will be open on Sunday 10th of May between 12pm and 5pm. Exhibiting in the Emmanuel Cooper Gallery will be the celebrated master craftsman Walter Keeler.
London Craft Week is a new annual event that showcases exceptional craftsmanship across London through a journey-of-discovery programme. A five day event running from Wednesday 6th until Sunday 10th May 2015 featuring hidden workshops and unknown makers alongside celebrated masters, famous shops, studios, galleries and luxury brands.
