Two one day workshops, the first to make the mould, the second to press from them.

Course Details

Saturday 20th April
In this first session I will take you step by step through the process as we make sprig, press and simple 2 part moulds. As the 1st session is quite technical I will only be taking 4 people, allowing me to give lots of individual tuition.
Let me know when booking if you had something in particular you would like to make, as I'd like to personalise this session as much as possible.

Saturday 27th April
The moulds will have dried during the week and in this session I will show you how to press from them and also demonstrate a wide variety of decorating techniques.
This session is all about experimenting with surface decoration, construction and unlocking the potential of your new moulds.

The cost for the 2 sessions will be 130 including a home cooked lunch, teas, coffees and biscuits as well as all materials and firing costs.

By the end of the workshops you will leave with a set of working plaster moulds, a personal library of experiments and lots of new ideas!
