MOULD MAKING AND BONE CHINA WORKSHOPS IN WILTSHIRE - Sasha Wardell - May 19, 2014 to May 24, 2014
This year two different types of courses are offered over five and a half days - the general introductory course and an advanced course.  Both of which are held in a working studio and are limited to 4 students maximum to allow for personal tuition.

Raku making decorating and firing techniques - Tim Andrews at West Dean - October 19, 2014 to October 23, 2014
Experience the tutor's methods for forming Raku pots - either by hand-building or by throwing on the wheel - and try out various ways of burnishing the unfired surface using slips, including terra sigillata.(residential available)

The ‘Advanced' workshop for those familiar with burnishing and the use of Terra Sig incorporates a wide range of  fuming and smoking techniques (including a pit-fire)  and will be over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. Book early Fills up very quickly! 
John Evans - Original Alternative Raku Workshop – Sussex (SOLD OUT FOR 2014) - June 06, 2014 to June 09, 2014
The 'Original' workshop course will include the use of burnishing and terra sigillata to provide the smooth and polished surface ideal for these 'naked clay' techniques. There will be tips on how to make work for successful firing, how to achieve those solid blacks and whites and the use of colour in naked raku.
