About the Gallery
Eleven Studio on Humber Street in Hull's Fruit Market, will offer specialist studio space for printmakers and ceramicists. From September 2010, the gallery will be open during the week and for special events such as new exhibitions showcasing local, national and international printmakers, painters, sculptors and ceramicists. Events will also include artists' talks and workshops available for the public.
At Eleven Studio we aim to:
- Develop a wider creative network for the exchange of knowledge and ideas;
- Offer competitive studio space for professionals wanting to complete short or long term projects;
- Offer specialist equipment for printmakers and ceramicists;
- Help to establish a creative and cultural focus in Hull for visitors from home and overseas;
- Contribute to the emerging creative quarter and economy.
