With 16 new exhibitions every year, Gallery Oldham has one of the largest exhibition programmes in the North West.
The RIBA award winning Gallery Oldham building is a bold and unique landmark in Oldham's town centre, which opened in 2002.
Gallery Oldham has been collecting artworks and objects since 1883 and is still collecting today. Items feature regularly in the changing exhibition programme, in fact there should be something different to see each time you visit!
The Gallery is proud of its collections which are valued as an important part of the town's cultural heritage and history. They also enable different generations to experience the same pieces and allow people to return and see artwork and objects at different times in their lives.
To accompany the exhibition programme, the Gallery boasts a vibrant event programme with over 20 free events a year including the regular behind the scenes tours and lunchtime talks.
