Hand-built ceramics in earthenware, stoneware and porcelain. I also work in bronze. Other Information: Technical InformationElectric kiln, 1100deg. C. I use some glazes but surfaces are mainly mixed media comprising vitreous slips, underglaze colours, oil paint. Porcelain pieces are reduction-fired to 1300 in a small gas kiln. HistoryFoundation course at Somerset College of Art & Design, DIP. AD at Gloucester College of Art & design in Fine Art (Sculpture with Painting); Married John Jelfs in 1972 and became a potter. |

Usually open Sundays during the summer and often during the winter. Visitors are welcome, but it is advisable to telephone first if traveling any distance. Directions: The Cotswold Pottery is tucked away from the well trodden tourist track through the village. Yet it is only 5 minutes walk from the main carpark, and has limited parking for visitors.
