Other Information:
Regularly gives demonstrations and workshops in England, the USA and Mainland Europe, accompanied by slides and lecture on both own history and direction and on soda glazing.

Technical Information

I use mainly slips to decorate pots plus an ash glaze for accents, then vapour glaze with soda bicarbonate. 36 cu ft LPGas and wood fired sprung arch kiln.

History

Mainly self-taught, prior to attending a post-graduate course at Goldsmith's College, University of London (1987-89). Since graduating ( with commendation ) I have been a full time potter. Fellow of the Craft Potters Association and International Academy of Ceramics.
