Current Work

Decorative vessels that are thrown porcelain using high temperature glazes.

Technical Information

I use a gas and electric kiln up to 1260, using a range of stains and glazes that are sprayed and layered.

Sept 2003 - Jan 2004 Bamboushay Pottery, Tortola, British Virgin Island. Throwing tableware at a local pottery to be sold for the tourists or locals.
June - Aug 2002 & May - Aug 2003 - Kemptown Terracotta, Brighton. Part-time apprenticeship to Arnold Rose.

LIFE EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
I worked on several yachts as a deckhand, stewardess and cook. During this time I travelled around the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Indian Ocean. I have also travelled independently throughout South and Central America, Mexico and India.
