Updates from Jo “It’s been a busy year in the studio so far, and the first show of the year will be COLLECT at Somerset House from 27th February to 1st March. I’m utterly delighted to be showcasing brand new work with Vessel Gallery who will be exhibiting in the South Wing at Stand S12.I’m also delighted to have work selected for the Bath Spa University Alumni exhibition from 4th – 24th March.

It is also a busy teaching time and I am looking forward to running a workshop this Saturday at Bath’s Holburne Museum taking inspiration from the current exhibition, Grayson Perry: The Pre Therapy Years. There are a few spaces left – for more info click here.

For more in depth tuition there are also a couple of spaces left on “Mugs Jugs & Slip Decoration” which I will be teaching at wonderful West Dean College near Chichester from 24th – 27th February – for more info click here.

I’m thrilled to be selected again for the Masterpieces in Schools project in conjunction with Art UK & the Royal Society of Sculptors – this brilliant initiative brings a sculptor & sculpture to a school for a day, and involves displaying work within the school, with associated talks and workshops.

There will be lots happening in May; I am currently working on new ideas for solo show “Flow State” at Arundells Museum as part of the Salisbury International Festival, as well as a couple of other exciting shows, more of which next time…
